Dubai to dim lights for Earth Hour

Dubai has become the first Arab city to join the WWF-Earth Hour movement, which will see thousands of lights turned off all over the city at 8:30pm on Saturday March 28. Residents and businesses will switch off non-essential appliances for one hour on Saturday March 28 at 8.30pm.
