we are pleased to announce the dates of the new advanced Sri Sri Yoga (SSY Part 2) course scheduled after Guruji's visit to Kerala in February 2011. The year 2011 happens to be the 10-th anniversary of Sri Sri Yoga which is now a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School. 

The course " SRI SRI YOGA PART 2" with Yogacharya Krishanji, is happening for the first time.
Dates :        21st February 2011 to 27th February 2011 (7-day residential)

Pre-requisites:  Sri Sri Yoga course and  AOL Part 1(Basic) or YES+ course

About SSY Part 2 :-
This is an opportunity to fully dive and soak in yoga and what it means to live as a yogi. A thorough exploration of yoga postures, ancient yogic knowledge, breathing and meditation is experienced in a retreat setting. Learn to correct your postures for better symmetry and balance in your body, Learn how to get rid of  physical and mental pain. Learn to better understand your body, mind and soul. Get a true and deeper experience of yoga. Get a better understanding of yoga scriptures. Become stronger in your body and mind. Experience the joy of doing postures. Learn about proper nutrition.

The SSY Part 2 course is made a requirement to apply for Sri Sri Yoga TTC. Existing teachers are also encouraged to participate to deepen their experience of Sri Sri Yoga.
