Key Achievements and Accomplishments of SSRVM, Trivandrum (2009 – 10)

Our School became a member of Trivandrum Sahodaya Community of Schools.

We participated in the CBSE Youth Festival conducted by Sahodaya at St.John’s School, Anchal.

We won the following prizes:

Overall Championship for Category 1, 2 & 3.
Runner Up Trophy for Category 1.
Kalathilakom Trophy for Category 1 – Lakshmipriya Anoop, Std. IV
Ever Rolling Trophy – Kalathilakom for school.
First Prizes: Murali Mayoora, Std. VI (Mon Act), Narthana B Suresh, Std. VI (Sanskrit Recitation)

School Level Painting Competition on Energy Conservation was conducted as per direction from Kerala APEX Body and Certificates were issued by Ministry of Power, Government of India to all participants. (Std. V, VI & VII).

Space Week Celebration
As per the directions from ISRO LP and UP level competitions were held in various subjects such as essay writing, elocution- (space for education) making models and posters related to satellites, space station rocket etc. All the participants were awarded with certificates.

Sasthra Exhibition
Students were taken to Trivandrum Central Railway Station to see the exhibition arranged in the train by NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY.
